A man on the run for years after being accused of involvement in a notorious counterfeiting case has been detained.

Reports suggest four traders, four manufacturing units, and two unnamed individuals are named as defendants in the suit.

The operation focused on cross-boundary transshipments by sea cargo and local deliveries and netted 157,000 suspected fakes.
