Several Juneteenth festivities are set to occur this week, culminating with a community parade and celebration Saturday.

Executive Directing Principal Tangella King presented diplomas to 348 students at Horlick High School, 2119 Rapids Drive, Racine, on Friday. The ceremony was held in the school’s gymnasium at 6 p.m.
