James Wood hit a pair of two-run homers, including a game-winning shot in the 11th inning, and the Washington Nationals snapped their 11-game losing streak with a 4-3 victory over the Colorado Rockies.

With two outs and a man on third in the bottom of the 11th inning, Nationals left fielder James Wood deposited a two-run, walk-off homer to center field Thursday afternoon.

Rockies closer Seth Halvorsen never even turned around to watch the ball fly; he just walked off the mound knowing he’d given up a game-winning homer.
