Democratic lawmakers in California are seeking to ban law enforcement officers in the state from wearing face coverings.

Councilman Johnathan Hernandez said the Sunday immigration arrest marks the first time federal agents have visited a Santa Ana neighborhood in the recent deportation efforts.
