The National Weather Service just released their report, identifying eight tornadoes that swept through Cochran, Hockley and Lubbock counties on Thursday night.

In a social media post on X, the weather agency said the tornado touched down east of Nicollet. It's unknown if any structures were damaged or if anyone was injured as a result of the tornado. Nicollet is around 80 miles southwest of Minneapolis.

Several funnel clouds, brief tornado touchdowns and hail were reported across parts of southern Minnesota Monday evening.
