A Russian official says a Ukrainian drone attack has killed one person and wounded two others in Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod region

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday that both Ukraine and Russia would have to cede land to each other to end the war and that his talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin would be aimed at taking the temperature on a possible deal.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy defiantly declared Saturday that his countrymen “will not give their land to the occupier,” after President Donald Trump suggested that a peace deal would include some “swapping” of territories with Russia.
