The Boston Red Sox just got Hunter Dobbins back from the injured list, but the starting pitcher exited his start in pain.

The Red Sox confirmed it Saturday. Dobbins suffered a season-ending ACL tear July 12. Fitts has gone 1-3 with a 4.28 ERA (33 ⅔ innings, 16 earned runs) in eight starts for Boston this year.
