英下院は20日、終末期患者の「安楽死」を認める法案の最終採決を実施し、賛成多数で可決した。賛成314票、反対291票だった。今後、上院での審議で内容が修正される可能性もあるが、スイスやオランダ、カナダなどに続く安楽死の合法化に近づいた。
