GM has issued a service update for some units of the 2023-2024 GMC Sierra 1500 for an ECM fix to remedy improper fuel flow rate during certain types of driving.

No components need to be replaced to repair the fuel injector flow rate. To calibrate the flow rate correctly, the service personnel must reprogram the Engine Control Module with new settings.
